If you live with PCOS/PMOS, you may be carrying frustrations, worries, or grief that others don't always see. Whether you're navigating body image concerns, unpredictable symptoms, fertility questions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling alone in your experience, this group provides a space to connect with others who get it. Together, in this 8-week online therapy group, we'll explore the emotional impact of PCOS/PMOS, share support, and develop tools for coping with the challenges that come with it.

Finding Your Voice: Teen Relationships & Identity
Being a teenager can feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying to figure out who you are and how to navigate friendships, family relationships, and dating. This 8-week online therapy group helps teens build confidence, communicate more effectively, set healthy boundaries, and connect with others who may be facing similar challenges.

Time: Thursdays, 1PM-2:15PM
